ck4 Terms and Conditions

01Introduction

Welcome to ck4. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ck4 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on or using any part of the ck4 platform — including all games, payment services and support channels — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the ck4 platform. We recommend saving or printing a copy of these Terms for your records. These Terms apply to all players regardless of the device or method used to access ck4.

02Eligibility

To register and play on ck4, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a ck4 employee.

ck4 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited and any deposits will be returned minus any amounts already wagered. We take underage gambling seriously and enforce age verification without exception.

03Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on ck4. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number and payment details. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• One account per person, per household and per device.
• Registration details must match the identity documents you provide during verification.
• You must notify ck4 promptly if any of your registered details change.
• Account sharing with any other person is not permitted under any circumstances.
• ck4 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

ck4 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your ck4 balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. ck4 does not support withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

• ck4 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Funds deposited in error cannot be recovered once wagered.

05Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on ck4 are final once confirmed by the system. Players cannot cancel, modify or reverse a bet after it has been accepted. It is your responsibility to ensure that all bet details are correct before confirming.

All game outcomes on ck4 are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. These systems are independently audited and cannot be influenced by ck4, the player or any third party. Results are final and binding. ck4 does not accept disputes based on a player's disagreement with a game outcome that was correctly generated by the RNG.

• Bets are final once confirmed — no cancellations or modifications are accepted.
• All game results are generated by certified RNG systems and are final.
• In the event of a technical error that affects a game result, ck4 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• ck4 reserves the right to void any bet placed under circumstances that suggest manipulation or system exploitation.

06Bonuses and Promotions

ck4 offers bonuses and promotional offers to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games and expiry dates. These specific terms will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed in full. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are valid for the period specified at the time of the offer. Expired bonuses are forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.

• Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including through multiple accounts or coordinated play — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use only and cannot be transferred between accounts.

07Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ck4 login credentials, including your username and password. ck4 will never contact you to ask for your password under any circumstances. If you receive any communication claiming to be from ck4 and requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

Any activity that occurs on your ck4 account — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to us in writing before the activity occurred. ck4 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password for your ck4 account.
• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account to ck4 support immediately.
• ck4 recommends enabling any available two-factor authentication options on your account.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ck4 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on ck4.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical or non-technical means.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing bonus offers through coordinated or systematic exploitation.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or the operation of the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

09Responsible Gaming

11Limitation of Liability

ck4 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. ck4 shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ck4's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ck4 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive losses under any circumstances.

• ck4 is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• ck4 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to read or understand these Terms.
• ck4 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player failed to protect their credentials.

12Account Termination

You may close your ck4 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and provided no outstanding investigations are in progress.

ck4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if we determine that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so by law or regulation. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, ck4 may withhold funds pending investigation and may report the matter to relevant authorities.

13Changes to These Terms

ck4 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the ck4 platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
